Time limits for cancellations are 72 hours prior to arrival date.
If you respect this time limits the hotel won't charge you anything for your no show.
All reservations made on-line in our reservation system can be cancelled only by our system; therefore we won't consider effective any reservation that has been cancelled by fax and/or by phone
Unless differently explained, our cancellation time limit is always 72 hours.
Regarding cancellation policy, the hotel will charge as a penalty the equivalent of the first night of the no show.
