The building is located on the edge of an ancient village near Siena called Villa a Sesta, colourful town along the road that leads to the historical Brolio Castle. The building, restored without modifying its original aspect but equipped with all the modern comforts, offers apartments and rooms with bed and breakfast service.In addition, there are other 7 apartments located in the picturesque village of Villa a Sesta, all renovated while maintaining the typical Tuscan style of the past, but with the comfort needed. Guests can take advantage of the two pools municipalities. Villa di Sotto offer to purchase, tasting of typical products and others within its own wine cellar and restaurant with a terrace with a superlative views of Siena.

Sauro and Paola are a young couple that in 1996 decided to begin the restoration of Villa di Sotto in order to use it for pleasant tourist holidays in the magnificent Land of Tuscany and particularly in the rich and evocative area of Chianti Classico. Therefore, the activity is conducted by the family, and offers the tourists a welcome and service that will be remembered forever. You will find a friendly and familiar atmosphere and enjoy a beautiful holiday in complete relax. Our Bed & Breakfast offers an ideal holiday destination for couples as well as for families or a group of friends. From here you can take a walk through a wood that also forms part of our family s property. Fruit can be picked according to season and its flavor enjoyed at table. We love welcoming our guests as friends with which we exchange our lives and experiences.

Total amount will be due upon arrival at Villa di Sotto. Please note that this reservation confirmation cannot be used for Visa or Consular purposes without a full non refundable prepayment receipt. Children up to 2 years old are free of charge if in room with parents. Children between 2 and 10 are subject to supplemental charges. Children over 10 years of age are charged as adults.During the months of October, November, December, January, February, March and April heating will be charged as a supplement in the Apartments which are not sold in bed and breakfast basis. Also, in all periods, a 50 Euro charge for final cleaning is due.
